It depends on the type of your subscription. With Silver subscription level, you can add more users (personal) on your account, for a total of 10 users. A Gold subscription level allows you to add more users up to 50 users. Therefore, with a Platinum subscription level you can share your subscription with your employees, for up to 100 users. While a free subscription can be used only by you as owner plus one other user (i.e your employee or somebody who represents you).
Your MeanBoard account is the combination of an email address and password that you use to sign in to MeanBoard. You need to create a new account to sign in using your user credentials. As part of signing up for a trial or purchasing a subscription, you will be prompted to sign in with your Meanboard account. You must be signed in with this account to manage, in the back-end, your subscriptions, users, clients, sales, funds, etc.
